Description

Heavy-duty long-arm single-needle walking foot lockstitch — 750W direct-drive AC servo, synchronized top-and-bottom feed, double- capacity rotary hook. The production-grade pick for shops doing large, thick materials at 2,200+ SPM.

Who runs this

Upholstery shops on car seats and large furniture. Leather goods manufacturers on luggage and large bags. Workshops doing heavy covers and panels. Anyone whose work is consistently thick, consistently large, and needs to run at production speed without babysitting.

Different from the SW-4400-L25 (true long-arm 25"): the 2810D-7 is heavy-duty long-arm but with a smaller throat space optimized for furniture and seat work, not panels-the-size-of- a-tarp work.

Why this configuration

  1. 750W direct-drive AC servo. More torque than the standard 550W servos in the SW-1510L family. Extra power for thick leather and stacked canvas without speed drop.
  2. Double-capacity rotary hook. Holds twice the bobbin thread of standard hooks. Production volume on heavy thread without the mid-seam bobbin runout that plagues smaller-capacity machines.
  3. 2,200 SPM at heavy-duty spec. Most heavy-duty walking foot machines top out around 1,800 SPM. The 2810D-7 runs faster while keeping the unison-feed reliability.

Multi-layer leather + foam + canvas car-seat panel construction. The 750W servo punches through the stack without slowdown; double-capacity hook handles long runs on V138.
