Different from the SW-4400-L25 (true long-arm 25"): the 2810D-7 is heavy-duty long-arm but with a smaller throat space optimized for furniture and seat work, not panels-the-size-of- a-tarp work.

Why this configuration

750W direct-drive AC servo. More torque than the standard 550W servos in the SW-1510L family. Extra power for thick leather and stacked canvas without speed drop.
Double-capacity rotary hook. Holds twice the bobbin thread of standard hooks. Production volume on heavy thread without the mid-seam bobbin runout that plagues smaller-capacity machines.
2,200 SPM at heavy-duty spec. Most heavy-duty walking foot machines top out around 1,800 SPM. The 2810D-7 runs faster while keeping the unison-feed reliability.
