Description

Five-thread overlock with built-in vacuum and 100% electric operation — no air compressor needed. The premium variant of the 700e series for shops that want vacuum and full automation without the air plumbing.

Who runs this

Apparel production shops that want vacuum thread and waste capture but don't want to plumb compressed air to every workstation. Five-thread overlock for shops doing both seam construction and safety stitch — denim, workwear, technical apparel.

Step up from the SW 747 e (4-thread, no vacuum). The 933 trades a higher price for cleaner workstations and faster operator change-overs.

Why 5-thread + vacuum + no-air

  1. No compressor required. Most overlock vacuum systems are pneumatic. This one runs 100% electric. No air lines, no compressor maintenance, no leak hunts at the start of every shift.
  2. 5-thread covers more work. 5-thread overlock combines a 2-thread chainstitch and a 3-thread overlock in one pass — both seams and finishes the edge. Construction-stitch capability on a single machine.
  3. Front + rear dust collection. Production-floor cleanliness matters: the vacuum captures thread ends and fabric dust at both front and rear. Operators don't stop to clean; the machine collects.

Denim outseams

Heavy denim outseam with safety stitch construction. 5-thread both seams the panels and overlocks the edge in one pass — half the line operations.
