Sister to the BF-1500. Both are 15-needle / 15-color computerized embroidery; the BC-1501 platform tunes for high-volume production workflow. Most shops doing 50+ pieces per day pick this over single-needle alternatives.

Why 15-needle over fewer

  1. No needle changes during a 15-color run. Every color is pre-loaded on its own needle. The machine switches between them automatically; operator never re-threads mid-design.
  2. Servo-driven pantograph. Precision movement on the design field. Stitch quality stays consistent across cap surfaces, garment panels, and patch flat stock.
  3. USB design connectivity. Designs load via USB — standard DST/EXP file format. Shop loads the file, places the garment, presses run. The machine handles the rest.

Corporate polos

Logo embroidery on the chest of corporate polos. 15 colors loaded once; run 100 polos in sequence without operator re-threading.

Patches

Multi-color embroidered patches for sports teams, motorcycle clubs, military units. High-color-count designs that single-needle machines can't handle in production volume.

Front-of-cap embroidery on baseball caps. Cap-frame attachment + servo pantograph hold the curved cap surface flat enough for stitch quality.
