Description
Direct-drive electronic bartack with full-color touchscreen — the specialty machine for shops needing reinforcement at high cycle counts on jeans, workwear, and bags.
Who runs this
Denim factories — every jean has 8 to 12 bartack reinforcement points (pocket corners, belt loops, fly base). At production volume, that's 500+ bartacks per shift per line. A dedicated bartack machine isn't optional.
Workwear and tactical bag manufacturers where seam-end reinforcement is part of the spec. The bartack is what holds the seam under daily pull.
Why electronic over mechanical bartack
- Programmable patterns on the touchscreen. Pattern + size selectable per cycle. Mechanical bartackers lock you to one cam per machine; electronic doesn't.
- 60 × 50 mm sewing field. Larger than typical bartack machines — handles long bartacks for heavy-duty webbing reinforcement that smaller fields can't cover.
- Direct drive + auto trim. Cycle = place, press pedal, machine bartacks and trims. Operator advances the workpiece; the machine handles the rest.
Application examples
Jean pocket corners
4 bartacks per pocket × 5 pockets per jean × 200 jeans per shift = 4,000 bartacks. Cycle time matters; programmable patterns mean no setup time between sizes.
Workwear belt loops
Reinforced belt loop attachment on coveralls and workwear pants. Bartack ends both seal the loop and reinforce the body seam.
Tactical webbing
Heavy MOLLE webbing attached to tactical bag bodies with load-bearing bartack reinforcement. The 60×50 mm field handles long bartacks that distribute load.
